Liability Waiver
The Little 5 Points Ghost Tour is a walking tour that is approximately one mile long and lasts around 1.5 hours. Guests understand and confirm that their participation in the tour is voluntary. All guests participating in this tour agree that they are in good physical health and suffer from no physical or mental condition that would make them susceptible to injury or disability while participating in the tour. Guests are aware of the risks, dangers, and hazards involved in their participation in the walking tour. The tour takes places in public venues under conditions largely beyond the control of organizers and guides. There may be hazards along the route, including but not limited to debris, uneven sidewalks, wet or slippery ground, pedestrian traffic, and vehicle traffic. Participants agree to assume all risks and accept personal responsibility for any liability, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with their participation in the tour. They will abide by all safety guidelines provided by the tour operators. Tour operators also recommend that all participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a face covering. All participants agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Little 5 Points Business Association, Little 5 Points Center for Arts and Community, and all volunteers associated with the Little 5 Points Ghost Tours for any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses for loss or damage of property, injury, or death arising from their participation in the tour.
